Most Innovative Ways To Develop Your Psychic Intuition}

Submitted by: Rob Swifty

When we know of any person who has psychic abilities or is able to do psychic readings, we easily get amazed and sometimes even wish that we had the same abilities.

Well, this article will help you get closer to that ability. The truth is that developing psychic intuition can be done as long as one knows how to do it. Here are the easy steps that you can follow.

1. Meditate. This is the basic exercise one must have. There are also many ways of meditating. But to have a complete list of the possible methods, you may refer to the internet.

2. Write a journal. It is important to bring along a journal everyday, wherever you go. This should contain any and every thought or coincidences that you feel has some connection to psychic intuition.

3. Visualize. Visualization will become your best friend in the process. It can be done by imagining things, positive things. For example, you may try to visualize the ocean– the movement of the current, the waves, the sound of the splash, the breezing of the wind. Or, you can also imagine a lemon. Try to see and observe its color, skin, and fragrance. Then visualize cutting it in half and dwell on its scent or aroma.

4. Precognition matters. There is a difference between guessing and letting precognition take its course. For example, when answering your phone, listen to your intuition as to who is calling. It just pops up. So do not guess. Though the first few times may be frustrating, remember that it takes practice, constant practice to get there.

5. Have your own sacred space. This is the place where you will do your meditation, journal writing, as well as journal review and reading. This space does not have to be well decorated. It only needs to be cozy, private, and undisturbed.

6. Be close to nature. The problem with our surroundings today is that we are all too busy to notice and be attached to nature. So, to help you develop your psychic intuition, it would help to get close to nature by walking along the beach alone, feeling the breeze, and noticing the smallest of things.

7. Practice. Like any other skill, developing psychic intuition needs to be practiced. Take every chance and opportunity to use it.

8. Be positive. Do not dwell in negativity. Just go only for positive things. Your thoughts and actions should have to be positive all the time.

9. Hear that voice in your head. Intuition is basically the voice inside your head. You do not force to get it but it only arrives there by itself. So be sensitive to this voice.

10. Share with the veterans. When you have friends or advisers who have very sensitive intuitions, then compare notes with them. Share with them your thoughts and see if you have gotten it correctly.

Psychic intuition is a very important skill we can have. But it has to be always used for the good of everyone.

Woman returns home with Christmas turkey, a month after setting out

Tuesday, January 19, 2010

A Scottish woman who set out before Christmas to purchase a turkey finally made it home on Monday, after being cut off by snow for a month. Kay Ure left the Lighthouse Keeper’s cottage on Cape Wrath, at the very northwest tip of Great Britain, in December. She was heading to Inverness on a shopping trip.

However on her return journey heavy snow and ice prevented her husband, John, from travelling the last 11 miles to pick her up. She was forced to wait a month in a friend’s caravan, before the weather improved and the couple could finally be reunited.

They were separated not just for Christmas and New Year, but also for Mr Ure’s 58th birthday. With no fresh supplies, he was reduced to celebrating with a tin of baked beans. He also ran out of coal, and had to feed the couple’s six springer spaniels on emergency army rations.

“It’s the first time we’ve been separated”, said Mr Ure in December. “We’ve been snowed in here for three weeks before, so we are well used to it and it’s quite nice to get a bit of peace and quiet.”

Tips For Purchasing Wedding Invitation Cards You Will Love

byadmin

Invitation cards might just be the most pivotal element of planning a wedding. In theory, you could plan the perfect wedding day, complete with gorgeous dresses, a mouthwatering menu, and unbelievable decorations, but no one would show up if you forgot to send out invitations. Marriage invitations are like an advertisement for your special day, so it is important to plan well when selecting the perfect ones. You should begin by considering your budget. Then, look at your timeline. Next, decide on important card elements. All of these steps will help you make the best choice for marriage invitations.

Believe it or not, invitation cards can be a large expense of planning a wedding. Depending on where you buy them and how many you need, the cards can end up costing you thousands of dollars. Since money is a key factor in many weddings, you should make sure that the cards you want to buy fit in with your overall spending limit.

Wedding invitations are not much good if they do not get delivered on time. Make sure to plan ahead and give yourself plenty of time to select the cards and decide on details. Also, remember to factor in the time it will take to have the cards printed and delivered to you. When you receive your cards, you can enlist the help of friends and family to address and stamp the cards. A way to save time and simplify this process is to purchase other items like address labels and programs from the same company that supplies your cards. Buying all of your paper materials from one source can cut down on confusion.

The point of invitation cards is to let your guests know when and where the wedding will be happening and to arouse their interest in the special day. Pick a font that is easy to read and work with your family on the content of the card. Also, be sure to select high-quality paper, which will help communicate the importance of the event to your guests.

Putting thought into these important elements of invitation cards will help ensure that you are satisfied with your final choice and that you stay on budget. Well-executed wedding invitations will also inform your guests of the event with plenty of advance notice so that you can be surrounded by friends and family on your special day.

With wedding invitation cards, it is important to keep in mind budget and timeline, as well as other key details like paper quality and font. Make sure to plan ahead when purchasing invitation cards so that they can be beautiful, budget-friendly and punctual. Visit Website to check out our collection!

Interview: Danny O’Brien of the Electronic Frontier Foundation

Tuesday, January 24, 2006

January’s second Interview of the Month was with Danny O’Brien of the Electronic Frontier Foundation (EFF) on 23 January in IRC.

The EFF is coming off a series of high-profile successes in their campaigns to educate the public, press, and policy makers regarding online rights in a digital world, and defending those rights in the legislature and the courtroom. Their settlement with Sony/BMG, the amazingly confused MGM v Grokster decision by the Supreme Court of the United States, and the disturbing cases surrounding Diebold have earned the advocacy organization considerable attention.

When asked if the EFF would be interested in a live interview in IRC by Wikinews, the answer was a nearly immediate yes, but just a little after Ricardo Lobo. With two such interesting interview candidates agreeing so quickly, it was hard to say no to either so schedules were juggled to have both. By chance, the timing worked out to have the EFF interview the day before the U.S. Senate schedule hearings concerning the Broadcast flag rule of the FCC, a form of digital rights management which the recording and movie industries have been lobbying hard for – and the EFF has been lobbying hard to prevent.

Study: Fish reduces Alzheimer’s disease risk

Wednesday, November 30, 2011

Consumption of grilled or baked fish at least once a week can preserve the brain structure of seniors and reduce the risk of developing Alzheimer’s disease by three to five times, according to the results of a recent US study.

The study, conducted by the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine in Pennsylvania, asked 260 volunteers with an average age of 76, about the frequency of their fish consumption. Ten years later, brain scans were carried out on those being researched. Those who regularly ate fish were found to have better preservation of parts of the brain related to memory. An additional five years later, 31% of those who did not regularly consume fish contracted mild cognitive impairment or Alzheimer’s disease. Of those who ate fish at least once a week, between three and eight per cent contracted the aforementioned medical conditions.

According to The Daily Telegraph, consumption of grilled or baked fish increases the intake of Omega 3 fatty acids, providing a greater amount of blood flow to the brain; therefore prompting a reduction in inflammation and internal gathering of plaque encountered in the lead-up to Alzheimer’s disease. Fried fish does not reduce the risk of contracting Alzheimer’s disease due to the low amount of Omega 3 it contains.

Dr. Cyrus Raji, who took leadership of the study, called it “the first study to establish a direct relationship between fish consumption, brain structure and Alzheimer’s risk.” Raji concluded that “people who consumed baked or [grilled] fish at least one time per week had better preservation of grey matter volume on MRI in brain areas at risk for Alzheimer’s disease.”

The Alzheimer’s Society’s research manager, Dr. Anne Corbett, stated: “This moderately sized study adds weight to existing evidence suggesting that eating fish reduces your risk of developing cognitive decline.” However, she contested these findings, saying they “did not account for lifestyle factors such as other foods or exercise”, which may have affected the overall outcome. Dr. Corbett advised consumers to “eat a healthy diet including fruit and vegetables along with taking regular exercise and giving up smoking” to reduce the risk of contracting dementia.

Meanwhile, Alzheimer’s Research UK lead researcher, Dr. Simon Ridley, believed the study had not clarified “whether other underlying factors may have contributed to the lower risk in people who eat fish.” There is “a clear need for more conclusive research into the effects of dietary fish on our cognitive health,” according to Dr. Ridley.

The results of the study are to be presented today at the annual meeting of the Radiological Society of North America.

United States: Four injured in Los Angeles school shooting

Sunday, February 4, 2018

Thursday morning, at Salvador Castro Middle School in the Westlake District, Los Angeles (L.A.), California, US, four students were injured when a gun went off in a girl’s backpack, according to police. L.A. police took a suspect into custody, a twelve-year-old female student, and recovered the gun at the scene.

The four injured students were transported to a local hospital. A fifteen-year-old boy suffered a gunshot wound to the head and was recovering according to a Los Angeles County-USC Medical Center spokesperson on Wednesday. A fifteen-year-old girl was shot in the wrist, and two other students were grazed. The girl and two other students were hospitalized for their injuries.

A 30-year-old staff member was also injured, but reports were unclear whether she was injured by gunfire.

Police officials charged the twelve-year-old girl with negligent discharge of a firearm and she was taken to a juvenile detention center. Police said they did not believe the shooting was intentional, but suspected the girl had the gun in her backpack and it fired off when the bag dropped on the ground.

The Westlake middle school is located near downtown L.A. and is located on the campus of Belmont High School and had an enrollment last year of 355 students.
